Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Welland Hospital on Thursday, January 26, 2023 in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Baxter). Loving father of Lyndon (Rachel) of Rockwood, ON and Evan (Luree) of St. Charles, IL. Cherished grandfather of Emily, Mallory, and Benjamin. Great Grandfather of Kai. Dear brother of Lorraine Price. Missed also by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sisters Winnifred and Geneva.
Bliss was an inventor and was considered an expert in dry powder mixers and mixing. He had numerous articles published in trade magazines. In his spare time, he truly enjoyed getting to the outdoors for fishing and hunting trips with family. He also loved playing guitars and going to Bluegrass Music Festivals. He was a Senior Ambassador and active member of the Global Information Network where he excelled to their highest achievement levels and was active with them until the time of his passing.
Family and friends will be received at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME, 1292 Pelham Street, Fonthill on Monday, January 30th from 6 - 8:00 pm.
The funeral service to honour Arnold's life will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 31st beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Fonthill Cemetery. The funeral can also be viewed via live stream by going to the funeral home's Facebook page the day of the service.
As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
