The National Theatre School Ontario Provincial DramaFest (formerly Sears Drama Festival) will be hosted by North Bay in the West Ferris Secondary auditorium May 8th to the 11th.
More than 12,000 students have vied for a chance to perform at this showcase of the best plays in the province. Three plays from each region will perform Wednesday at 6:30pm, Thursday and Friday at 7pm, and Saturday at 2:30pm. Public adjudications will follow at the end of the three productions.
The northern region will be represented by West Ferris Secondary and Huntsville High School. West Ferris performs Saturday afternoon at 2:30pm with their production of “Love Fuel”, while Huntsville will perform “Hearts, Rings and Museum Things” Wednesday at 6:30pm.

Tickets are $15 (cash) and can be purchased at the door.
