EBERT, Larry Franklin  (July 5th,1945-January 17th, 2024)

We’re saddened to announce the sudden passing of Larry, of natural causes, on January 17th at the age of 78. He was the beloved husband to Kathryn for 54 years and cherished father of Heather (Jason) and Travis (Angela). He was a loving and devoted papa to Hunter (Maeve), Cole (Christina), Seth, Maddison and Rowan. He will be missed by his brothers, Bill (Margaret), Keith (Suzie), and Harry (Marnie), as well as his brother in law, Bill (Gina) and sister in law Merilyn. His character will be fondly remembered by all his nieces, nephews and many friends.

Larry worked at General Motors for 42 years and enjoyed his retirement for the last 15 years. Larry was an upstanding man that loved his family more than anything. He loved most sports, especially playing golf. Larry was a big Cleveland Browns, Toronto Blue Jays and Tony Stewart fan. Of late Larry kept busy and found purpose in collecting cans and doing crossword puzzles. Papa had a fun and youthful spirit and a strong presence, and he will greatly be missed.

Larry also routinely gave blood and has over 100 donations. Please feel free to donate your blood or money to the Canadian blood services, on his behalf.

A memorial service for Larry will be held at 11am on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Lampman Funeral Home, 724 Canboro Rd, Fenwick ON, L0S 1C0. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lampman Funeral Home. www.lampmanfuneralhome.com
