Sam will be sadly missed by all those who knew him. The family would also like to recognize and sincerely thank the entire team of Dr’s and Nurses at the Walker Center and the 3B oncology unit at St, Catharines General Hospital.  Sam was especially grateful to Nurse Binni for his devoted care and compassion. All will be welcomed to visit Sam’s family on Friday March 15, 2024 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Lampman Funeral Home, 724 Canboro Rd, Fenwick.
