It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donna on December 23, 2023 at the age of 84.

Donna will be welcomed to heaven into the arms of her heart-throb Roger, husband of 64 years. Loving mother of Sandra (Steven) Gabryelski and the late Philip Martens. Proud grandma of Preston(Brittany), Ryan(Brytany), Travis(Pauline), Beth, Ben and special great grandma to Hudson and Alexander. Missed by her dear sister, Kathleen Brooks and sister-in-law of Loretta(Ed) Fenwick and Dianne Luciow. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Donna was born in Mitchell, April 21, 1939 to Elizabeth and Charles. She grew up there with her sisters "The Brooks Girls" Betty, Kathleen, Charlene and older brother Bob. While attending high school, Donna worked at The Cozy Grill as a waitress and an usher at the Movie Theatre. Upon graduation, she accepted a position with an insurance company in London ON.

Donna met Roger in high school and said "her heart dropped" as he walked into the classroom. They were married May 31, 1958 and always shared a kiss in the morning and bedtime. They moved to St Catharines where she worked as a payroll administrator for Grantham Township. Donna enjoyed watching her children play sports and score-keeping. She was the secretary of the Ontario Bird Dog Association and travelled Ontario and United States with Roger attending field trials. Donna spent a lot of time in her flower beds, birdwatching, crossword puzzles, a good game of cards and playing her piano.

Donna loved to host dinner parties, bake pies, make relish and chili sauce. She was benevolent and kind-hearted. Donna also enjoyed watching baseball and hockey, cheering on the N Y Yankees and Maple Leafs. We would like to thank her PSW's Sue, Michelle, Chloe and Dalal for their kindness and compassion. Thank you Pastor Lantz for your prayers.
