On March 5, 2024 shortly before 7 p.m., Haliburton Highlands OPP stopped a passenger vehicle driving in the oncoming lane on County Road 21 in the Municipality of Dysart et al.
An investigation was commenced and as a result, Robert Krzeczkowski, 60 years of age of St. Catharines, was charged with:
• Operation while impaired-blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Minden on April 3, 2024.
