Police in St. Catharines searching for missing 32-year-old

Officers from the 1 District – St. Catharines / Thorold office of the Niagara Regional Police Service are searching for missing person Johnathon Cronkwright.

It was reported to the NRPS on March 4 that Cronkwright was last seen on Feb. 29 walking in the area of Tasker Street and Welland Avenue in St. Catharines.

His current location is unknown, police said in a news release.

Cronkwright is described as:

  • Indigenous male
  • Approximately 330 lbs.
  • 5’5 feet tall
  • Brown eyes
  • Black short hair
  • Black facial hair

He was last seen wearing a grey jacket with red stripes, grey joggers, and white Nike shoes.

The police and Cronkwright’s family are concerned for his welfare.  Anyone who may have information as to his location is asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, ext. 1009356.
