Police looking for witnesses after St. Catharines disturbance

On Thursday, May 9, 2024 at approximately 10:20 p.m., 1 district (St. Catharines/Thorold) uniform officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service attended the area of Elizabeth Street and Henry Street in the City of St. Catharines for a report of a disturbance. 

Investigation revealed a female was heard in distress in the area possibly involving a dark coloured 4-door sedan vehicle with dark tinted windows.

Police were unable to locate any persons involved and are seeking the public’s help for any information that may be related to the incident.

Detectives are asking anyone who may have information or video/dash cam footage in the area between the hours of 10:20 p.m. and 11:20 p.m. to contact police.
