On Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2023, 3 District (Welland/Pelham) uniform officers from the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) began an investigation into a truck and trailer theft which occurred in the City of Welland.
During the police investigation, the suspect was caught on camera. Investigating officers are seeking the public's help in identifying the suspect.
The suspect is described as:
• White male
• Clean shaven
• Approximately 50 years of age
• Approximately 6 feet in height
• Medium build
• Receding dark hair
