The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad would like to advise the public that a Federal Offender who went unlawfully at large on March 25, 2024 has been apprehended in Niagara Falls, ON.
Joshua Morningstar was located and arrested by the R.O.P.E. Squad.
Morningstar is serving a Two (2) year, One (1) month sentence for;
- Break and Enter and Commit
- Break and Enter and Commit (Not a dwelling house)
The ROPE Squad submitted a Media Release on April 5, 2024 requesting the public's assistance in locating Morningstar. The Provincial R.O.P.E. Squad would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this investigation.
