LETTER: Why name some drivers but not others?

Justice not being equally served, says reader

PelhamToday received this letter concerning the naming of drivers:

A list of charged but not convicted DUI drivers is routinely published. And yet a guy who could have killed numerous family members remains anonymous.

Where is the "justice" in this example?
