Marilyn Theresa Bauer, 88, passed away peacefully at Lookout Ridge Retirement Home. Born August 17th 1935. She was the daughter of the late Ernest and Grace Forhan (Trilsbeck). Beloved wife of the late Arnold Bauer (2014). She was predeceased by her daughter Debra Mason (Jim) and stepson Steven Bauer.
Cherished mother of Barbara Kallip (Erik), Karen Bedard, Mark Danecker, John Danecker (Alison), stepson Mark Bauer (Caroline) and stepdaughter Traci Post (John). Loving Grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Joy McAlpine (Ted), Sister Carol Forhan, Lois Carter (Ray), Lynda Hendry (Tim), Larry Forhan (Debi) and aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Marilyn worked alongside her husband Arnie for many years at his law practice in Bridgeton New Jersey. She was fond of travelling to the American Southwest for many of their vacations. She also volunteered at Habitat for Humanity helping build homes for needy families in New Jersey.
Marilyn will be forever remembered as a loving, hard working, generous woman who was devoted to her family and will be deeply missed.
In keeping with Marilyn’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service will be arranged at a later date.
