It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Steve Kuchyt on Feb. 22, at the age of 67.
Cherished brother of John (Ann), Tom (Odette), Kathy (Ron) Tufford. Cherished uncle of Shannon (Steve), Chris, Chet (Tammy), Sarah (Natale), Tyler and Melissa (Kodey). He will be missed by his great nieces and nephews Parker, Tristen, Rilynne, Kolson and Milana. Steve was predeceased by his parents Chester and Regina Kuchyt, his brother Bob Kuchyt and his niece Chelsea Kuchyt.
Steve was a great supporter of Ducks Unlimited and the MS Society. He was always happy when the Kansas City Chiefs won a football game and he was an avid fisherman.
The family would like to thank the staff at Woodlands of Sunset for their very kind and compassionate care as well as the nurses in the ER Department and D Wing at the Greater Niagara General Hospital. You are all amazing.
All will be welcomed to visit Steve’s family on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Lampman Funeral Home, 724 Canboro Rd, Fenwick, L0S 1C0. In keeping with Steve’s wishes, cremation has taken place and an interment will be held at a later date.
