Passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 22 at the age of 76. Cherished husband and lifelong sweetheart of Valerie (nee Dingman). Incredibly heart broken are his daughters, Angela (Greg) Gunn and Deanna (Stefano) Mastrangelo. Dearly loved Grandpa of Alicia (Jamal), Jacob (Corrina), Kyle (Cassie), Joshua and Davina. Great-Grandpa of Mason and Olivia. Dear brother of Ed (Judy), Rick (Kerry) and Frank. Predeceased by his sister Sarah.
Claude loved his family dearly and cherished the time he spent with them. His big heart, warm hugs and infectious smile will never be forgotten. Claude worked for the former Port Weller Dry Docks for many years and later worked and retired from Victoria Shipyards. In retirement he enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, fishing, golfing and he also enjoyed video games. Unfortunately, there was no goodbye, just wonderful memories to remember now. We love you and will honour you by making more memories as a family to keep your spirit alive.
